Why not undertake a Sponsored Skydive, Abseil, Bungee Jump, Water Rafting, Triathlon, Marathon or other open challenge, within the UK, get the adrenaline buzz while raising vital funds for Capable Creatures

Don't forget to check out what activities are available local to where you live as there are usually numerous challenging activities based at your local activity centres that you could seek sponsorship to perform.

 

 

Hampshire and Wiltshire

Woodmill Activity Centre Southampton - boasts four different types of water - a placid water lake, the River Itchen, which feeds into the tidal estuary, which in turn creates white water at low tide, so is ideal for all level of abilities when it comes to canoeing and kayaking or after for an adrenaline rush then speed down rollers into the river. Rather stay on dry land then there is archery, climbing or the possibility of leaping through the air off a trapeze.

 

 

South Coast Water-Sports Centre - offer activities such as cable wakeboarding and water ski, stand up paddle-boarding, kayaking, zorbing

Calshot Activity Centre - offers a wide range of water and land based activities, for all abilities and ages.

 

 

GoSkydive - specialises in tandem parachuting and you can choose to free-fall from either 10,000ft or 15,000ft. GoSkydive is located at the Old Sarum Airfield in Salisbury, offering fantastic views over the Salisbury Plains, the New Forest and the South coast. 

 

 

Nationwide

 The Nuts Challenge - The Nuts challenge is a Mud Run Assault Course with about 100 obstacles over 7km.  It has four ability levels - more nuts (7km), mixed nuts (14km), complete nuts (21km) and tough nuts (28km). It's is located in Dorking, Surrey, near London.

Time Outdoors UK Challenges - From walks and races over land and water to tumbling from the skies attached to a rope or a parachute.

 

Rafting - take part in a 2 hour long white water rafting session to fundraise for charity along the River Tees, in North East England.
